We are excited to announce the successful completion of the Water Mist System installation at Khazna Data Centre. This advanced fire suppression solution is now fully operational, offering exceptional protection while minimizing water damage and environmental impact. It marks another milestone in our commitment to providing innovative, efficient, and reliable fire protection systems.

At Al Arabia for Safety & Security LLC, we understand the unique fire safety needs of each project. For this installation, we implemented a state-of-the-art Danfoss Water Mist System to meet the specific requirements. The system provides fast and effective fire suppression, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional fire protection methods, especially in environments where minimizing water damage is a priority.

Al Arabia For Safety & Security L.L.C, a member of the Juma Al Majid Holding Group, is pleased to announce the successful achievement of key milestones in the Dubai CommerCity project, awarded in the first quarter of 2020, and the project remains on schedule.

Al Arabia’s responsibilities encompass the supply, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the innovative EST4 system by EDWARDS Systems Technology. This integrated solution covers Dubai CommerCity’s assets, including six buildings in the Business Cluster, 64 Warehouses in the Logistics Cluster, Social Cluster Building, Customs Building, and a Central Utility Centre (CUC). This project marked the first significant installation of EDWARDS EST4 technology outside the USA, featuring a new network architecture for enhanced fire detection, mass notification, and building integration.

Mr. Shaukat Mir, Chief Contracting Officer, Juma Al Majid Holding Group, expressed pride in their involvement in this groundbreaking project, emphasizing their pioneering role in deploying the advanced EDWARDS EST4 system. Sofian Ghanayem, Director of Agencies, Contracting & Services Sector of Juma Al Majid Holding Group, believed that this project and technology would set new standards in Fire Detection & Security.
